The Guest House is by the seaside in Stazzo, between the cities of Catania and Taormina.

It was newly refurbished in 2007, and furnished following the Mediterranean style. It has a big double bedroom with one double bed, a French bed (140 cm in width), and a double sofa bed; a cosy fully equipped kitchen (cooker, fridge freezer, crockery, the typical Italian "caffettiera" coffee maker, and other small kitchen appliances); a bathroom with shower; a small private courtyard with a shower and shaded area.

The apartment has an air con system, a TV set, and a hair dryer.

During the summer months (June to September) a large wooden solarium is also available on the beach in order to comfortably sunbathe by the seashore on the rocks.
